HOW SOON AFTER INSTALLATION CAN I USE MY NEW SHOWER?
You must wait 24 hours before using your shower to allow the waterproof silicone sealant to fully cure and set. ​​​​​​​
​WILL MY SHOWER SCREEN MEET SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE STANDARDS?
Yes. Our licenced and insured glaziers uss high quality materials and will ensure your shower screen is installed to meet Australian Standards and compliances. ​
HOW DO I KEEP MY SHOWER SCREEN LOOKING LIKE NEW?
Use a handheld squeegee after every shower to prevent water spots, and perform a deep clean weekly using a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and warm water, mild dish soap or approved glass cleaners (avoid harsh chemicals) to prevent hard water mineral deposits and soap scum. Avoid abrasive scourers which can scratch untreated glass.
I HAVE A BROKEN SHOWER SCREEN. CAN A CRACKED OR SHATTERED SHOWER SCREEN BE REPAIRED?
A cracked or shattered shower screen must be fully removed, and the glass replaced. Safety glass cannot be repaired once chipped deeply, cracked, or shattered. The entire glass panel must be replaced.
